Guidance Counsellor's Corner

Guidance Counsellor’s Corner

Wishing everyone health, happiness and balance in life!

With all of the changes happening for us at this time, it is important to remember to look after yourself and take the time to check in to see what you might need!

~make sure to pause and ask yourself what you might need ~

Try your best to balance your life with healthy food, exercise, rest, relaxation, exercising your brain, fun and creativity!  What you may need, and how you balance this, will look different for everyone from day to day and week to week.  Remember, do not stress over doing it right or all at once…choose what works well for you, when you need it, in order to add balance.
